An investigation was launched shortly before 6 p.m. on Oct. 10 when officers were called to the 3700 block of Branch Avenue to investigate a reported shooting.
Upon arrival, first responders were met by a man in the store - reportedly an area Foot Locker - suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
No details about a suspect or possible motive for the fatal shooting have been released by the police.
It remains under investigation. More information is expected to be released.
